Your account

You must provide accurate account information, keep access to your Google account secure, and be legally able to enter this agreement. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Your photos and permitted use

You retain ownership of photos you upload and portraits created for you. You grant us the limited permission needed to process them and deliver the service.

• Upload only photos you own or have permission to use.
• Do not impersonate, harass, exploit, or deceive another person.
• Do not use the service for illegal, explicit, abusive, or rights-infringing content.

Membership and availability

Membership renews monthly until cancelled. Prices and applicable taxes are shown before payment. Image generation can occasionally fail or vary in quality; we may retry, replace, limit, or suspend a job to protect the service.

AI output

Generated images are synthetic and may contain visual errors. You are responsible for reviewing them before publication or use. We do not guarantee that every output will be suitable for a particular purpose.

Liability and termination

The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We may restrict accounts that create risk, violate these terms, or misuse the product. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
