Refund and cancellation policy
No Bad Photos is a monthly digital membership. This page explains renewals, cancellations, and when a refund may apply.
Cancellation
You can cancel from the Membership page in your account. When a current billing cycle exists, cancellation takes effect at the end of that cycle and you keep access until then. If no paid cycle has begun, cancellation may take effect immediately.
Renewals
Membership renews automatically each month using the payment method authorised during checkout. Cancelling before the next renewal prevents future recurring charges.
Refund eligibility
Because computing begins as soon as a photo model or generation job starts, completed digital work is generally non-refundable. We will review duplicate charges, payments taken after a confirmed cancellation, or cases where a paid service could not be delivered because of a failure on our side.
Processing
Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Bank and card-network processing times vary and are outside our direct control.
