Privacy policy

No Bad Photos needs personal images to create your private photo model. This policy explains what we collect, why we use it, and the control you keep.

Information we collect

  • Basic Google profile information used to identify your account.
  • Reference photos you choose to upload and the portraits generated from them.
  • Project, job, and subscription status required to operate your account.
  • Basic technical records needed for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

We use your information only to authenticate you, train and run your private photo model, deliver results, manage membership access, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

We do not sell your photos, trained model, generated portraits, or personal information. We do not use your images for advertising profiles.

Service providers

We use specialist infrastructure, identity, image-generation, hosting, storage, and payment services to operate the product. They receive only the information needed to perform their role and process it under their own security and privacy obligations.

Retention and control

Project information is retained while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Payment records may be retained where financial law requires it. You can cancel membership from your account and request deletion of project data through the in-product account controls as they become available.

Security and changes

We use access controls, signed requests, and encrypted connections. No online service can promise absolute security. Material policy changes will be posted here with a revised effective date.
